Coastal Cheddar is one fo the most popular cheddars and has been developed for the appeal of rugged mature cheddars. Characterised with a distinct crunch, which is a result of the calcium lactate crystals which form naturally when the cheese matures.

Additional Information

Made in Dorset at Ford Farm Dairy using pasteurised cows milk. Matured for 15 months and is suitable for vegetarians.
