Tasting Notes

A semi hard goats milk cheese washed in cider brandy. The aroma is pungent but pleasant with a slightly goaty flavour. A younger cheese will have a edgier lactic tang while more mature gathers a fuller rounded sweetness.


Additional Information

Made in Somerset by West Lake Cheese Company with thermised goats milk. Matured for 3 months and not suitable for vegetarians
