Tasting Notes

A distinctive orange coloured (by annatto) interior which is dense waxy and smooth. Medium to strong in flavour, with a sweet nuttiness which strengthens as it matures.


Additional Information

Made in and named after the region Leicestershire with pasteurised cows milk. Has been matured for up to 12 months which is not suitable for vegetarians
