A Derby cheese layered with sage and topped with a further sprinkling of sage made from a traditional hand made 100 year old recipe. It has a firm texture and a distinctive savoury taste of sage.
Additional Information
Made by Fowlers Cheesemakers in Warwickshire with pasteurised cows milk. Has been matured for 5 months and is suitable for vegetarians
