A semi hard sheep's milk cheese with an identifiable exterior coated in wild hebridean seaweed. With a delicate flavour of light nuttiness.


Additional Information

Made by High Weald Dairy in Sussex using pasteurised sheep's milk. Has been matured for 12 weeks and is suitable for vegetarians.
