Cold smoked over oak wood chippings for 12 hours to develop a bronze outer core. A lovely smooth texture with beautifully long-lasting mellow smokey overtones.

Made by Northumberland Cheese Company in Northumberland using pasteurised cows milk. Has been matured for 3 months and is suitable for vegetarians.
