Wensleydale is known as one of the crumbles (with Caerphilly, Lancashire, Cheshire), a firm yet supple crumbly moist texture offering a balanced, fresh acidity. An added flavour hit of cranberries to boost sweetness.
Additional Information
Made in Somerset by Ilchester British Cheese using unpasteurised cow's milk. It has been matured for four months and is suitable for vegetarians.
