Tasting Notes

Has been made for centuries by Stilton makers using the same recipe but the blue penicillin mould is omitted. The rind exterior is almost lacking in mould with an interior pale in colour. A crumbly texture and refreshing zesty acidity pimped with the powerful flavours of dried fruits and spices.


Additional Information

Made in Leicestershire by the Clawson Cheese Company using pasteurised cows milk. Has been matured for 8 weeks and is suitable for vegetarians.
