Tasting Notes

A smoked version of the award winning Westcombe cheddar. Smoked over smouldering beechwood for 48 hours. The result is a richly aromatic deep smokey flavour with a distinct but enjoyable tang.


Additional Information

Made in Somerset at Westcombe Dairy using unpasteurised cows milk. This is not suitable for vegetarians.
